QUESTION ABOUT MY ORDER?

If you have any issues with your order please fill out the contact form or if the items are damaged or does not fit please fill out the return order form below. If you have any concerns after filling out the form to get in touch with a customer representative send us an email at Paigefitness09@gamil.com you will get an answer to your question within 24-48hrs. Please have your order number included in the email.

I haven’t gotten a reply to my email.

Allow 1-2 business days for a response from our customer care team, have in mind our hours of operation is Monday - Friday 9AM -5PM. Emails are not answered weekends or holidays.

My Order passed the 14 days policy.

If you have issues with your clothes it is of the utmost importance to return it as soon as possible. Otherwise if your item is held for more than 14 days , unfortunately Paige Fitness will not be able to offer any exchange or store credit passed the 14 days. This is why it is important to look out for your package as soon as it is shipped and also open and check your package as soon as it is delivered.

Can I get a refund for my order?

In circumstances where you do not receive your package or items are not what you expected you can contact us under the CONTACT form. If you do not fit into these circumstances, unfortunately Paige fitness do not offer refunds, only store credit . As a reminder the return policy does not include the waist trainer. *ALL WAIST TRAINERS AND ACTIVE WEARS ARE FINAL SALE!

Can I return my order for a store credit?

Absolutely, as long as it is within the 14 days after the order is received. Read and fill out the RETURN FORM which can be find at of the bottom of the website.

I received my item, I shopped, I shopped the wrong size and I passed the 14days policy.

Unfortunately we do not offer a store credit after the 14 days policy. Please check the package as soon as it is delivered.

My package is missing.

There will be an investigation will be opened immediately. There are TWO STEPS while this investigation is being carried out. we check the content of your package with the packaging slip which has a copy with the package. STEP 2 will be checking if there is any excess, If there are no discrepancies found in STEP 2 we conclude our investigation by suggesting you contact the carrier. If an error was detected during our investigation then we resend you another item(s) at no cost. If the item(s) missing, sold out or unavailable we will contact you to replace it with something else or issue you a refund.

My tracking says “delivered” but I haven’t received my package.

A review will be carried out immediately to make sure there is no discrepancies then Paige Fitness willncarry out a THOROUGH investigation to make sure the package was properly shipped out. If we find no discrepancies then we suggest you contact the carrier. Give them your tracking details and a clear explanation that you did not receive your package even though it states delivered. File a claim with that carrier because once the orders is being shipped out it is in the hands of the carrier.

once an order is placed it cannot be adjusted. Paige Fitness advise you review your order before making a payment.

I PLACED MY ORDER TO A WRONG ADDRESS.

Please contact PAIGE FITNESS immediately to adjust the address before it gets shipped with an IMPORTANT subject email as soon as you notice because once it’s shipped the address cannot be changed.

IS THIS WEBSITE A SECURE WEBSITE.

Absolutely, all your personal information including your NAME, ADDRESS AND EMAIL when you shop is securely saved into our SQUARE SPACE database in the SSL 128-BIT encryption. This information is also available for your order in the future when logged in, in other going through the stress of having to register your personal info when you come back to shop with us. Note that credit cards information are never saved.

CAN I GET SAME DAY DELIVERY?

Unfortunately, Paige Fitness is currently not offering express shipping. However, we can expedite your order. Email paigefitness09@gmail.com with your order number for it to be processed ASAP.

SHIPPING.

How long does the shipping take?

Your package is to be received between 3-10 business days after the order is placed.

What happens when item is returned to sender?

This likely happens when the address is invalid or entered incorrectly or the suite, apt # is missing, when situations like this occurs you are responsible for a $10 reship. Email paigefitness09@gmail.com to give your correct address, then you will invoiced via email to reship your order.

If I return my order am I guarantee a store credit?

If your order is still within 14days policy returned and also the item(s) must be unused and in the same in the same condition that you received it and also in the original packaging. Once your item(s) is received and and inspected we will send you an email if your request is approved or denied. Please allow 1-2 business working days for your return to process.

Which carrier is shipping my package?

Standard shipping in the United States is limited to 48 states. You will receive a shipping email notification with your tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
